Directions:
As one of your students does something that deserves praise you can give them a Certificate good toward a prize or treasures from a treasure chest, etc.
You can also give every child a certificate in the size of a business card and when you see them doing something "pleasing to the Lord" punch the card with a one hole punch. When they get 5 punches they receive a reward and get a new card!
